Who said divorce was easy? Despite finalizing her divorce nearly one year ago with now ex-husband Jason Hoppy, RHONY star Bethenny Frankel finds herself dealing with some trouble yet again.
According to E! News, Hoppy was arraigned on the following charges this week:
- one count of aggravated harassment in the second degree
- one count of stalking in the fourth degree
- one count of harassment in the second degree
- one count of stalking in the third degree
- one count of stalking in the fourth degree
The first three charges stemmed from an arrest in January after Hoppy reportedly sent Frankel multiple emails and texts and even showed up at their 6 year old daughter’s school to confront Frankel. Hoppy learned of the additional charges in court this week.
