Every so often, Vanderpump Rules likes to shake the cast up and add some new flavor. In recent memory, the latest additions were Vail Bloom, whom ultimately left after one season, and Lala Kent, who replaced Vail. With rumors swirling of Lala’s departure from the show, there’s now a rumor of a new cast member for next season, which has yet to be picked up. (EDIT: The show was picked up for season 6)So who in fact is rumored to potentially replace Lala? She goes by the name of Elisa Jordana.
Who is Elisa Jordana? According to her Twitter bio, Elisa claims herself to be a radio personality, musician and HOSTESS at SUR. Now the last part is a new addition. Does it necessarily mean she makes the cut for the show, or does she just work there like some of the other normal SUR employees. With 25.6k Twitter followers, one would assume she won’t be just seating customers but in fact be joining the cast.
Originally from Old Bridge, New Jersey, Jordana moved to Los Angeles for more opportunity. It seems as though opportunity found her. She was an original member of Cobra Starship as a keytarist and backup singer from 2005-2007. If you don’t remember Cobra Starship, maybe this hit of theirs from 2009 will help:
It looks as though she left Cobra Starship to pursue a solo career that ultimately didn’t pan out. She then used her Connecticut School of Broadcasting degree to land with The Howard Stern Show as a writer after appearing on the show as an interviewee. She went on to write some comedy and try her own ventures before landing at SUR. Does she have what it takes to hang with the crew?
I hope this is true… she’ll be an excellent addition to the cast. Very interesting background and personality, obviously attractive, and from what I’ve seen of her, she won’t back down to anyone.
