Amid all the allegations of what happened on Bachelor in Paradise, we are continuously getting more and more details by the day. This time, we’re learning that Corinne Olympios had a boyfriend prior to joining Bachelor in Paradise. So who is this guy and why was she on the show exactly?
Corrine’s boyfriend is 26 year old Jordan Gielchinsky. Jordan is the president of his own tobacco company. Apparently the relationship began before she signed on for BiP, so that begs the question.. what was she doing there?
It’s no secret she was a ratings machine during Nick Viall’s season of The Bachelor, so producers knew they needed her to be on BiP. If you remember in the beginning of this season’s The Bachelorette, Rachel Lindsay is joined by her “friends” to talk about the process she’s about to go through. Of course, Corinne was included although we don’t recall her and Lindsay being all that close from Nick’s season. The objective for Corinne on BiP was to hang out and flirt for a bit in order to cause drama and hopefully help ratings out. It would seem a lot more clear now why she’s so against what took place between her and DeMario.
Rumor also has it that Corinne was supposed to get some sort of spinoff show. Probably not the best idea to sue a network you were hoping to do business with centering around your own show!
